At Apex3DHunt ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund. By placing an order on apex3dhunt.com, you agree to the terms below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this window has closed cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It is in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • It is in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and included materials.
  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been used, assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at sales@apex3d.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and, if approved, send you instructions on where to send your item.

Please note: Do not send items back before receiving return authorization from us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If a returned item is lost in transit without tracking, we are unable to issue a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or apply a restocking fee if a returned item is not in its original condition, is missing parts, or shows signs of use not attributable to a defect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us if you need help with an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@apex3d.net

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled as a return under this policy.
